Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a treasury sales professional to analyse clients' forex portfolios, provide currency advisory, and tailor hedging solutions for Private Banking and Treasury Private clients.

You will price, structure, and market treasury products including FX and structured products while collaborating with Relationship Managers. The role requires at least 3 years in currency trading/execution, strong teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related discipline.
• At least 3 years specializing in currency trading and execution related role.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and understand customer’s forex portfolio and provide currency advisory; tailor hedging solutions.
• Pricing, structuring and marketing of treasury products (FX, FX options, commodities, structured deposits/products) to Private banking and Treasury Private clients.
• Jointly develop client relationships with Relationship managers and service the customer base.
• Stay updated on market developments and currency-related matters and products; ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• You will need to analyse and understand customer’s forex portfolio and provide currency related advisory, customize appropriate hedging solutions


• You will be responsible for pricing, structuring and marketing of treasury products (Foreign Exchange, Foreign Exchange Options, Commodities, Structured Deposits, Structured Products and other Wealth Products) to Private banking and Treasury Private clients


• You will be required to jointly develop client relationship with Relationship managers, work to the customer base under your management


• You will be expected to stay abreast of market developments, currency related matters and products


• You will need to perform regulated activities and ensure full compliance with policies, standards, guidelines & procedures laid down by the Bank and regulatory authorities

Requirements

• Good degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related discipline


• Relevant working experience with at least 3 years specializing in currency trading and execution related role


• Highly motivated individual who can work well in a team


• Results-oriented individual who is able to deal with pressure
