Wise Asia-Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking a Treasury Operations Specialist to join our Treasury Team in Singapore. This role focuses on optimizing operational processes, automating workflows, and supporting global money movement and FX activities.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to improve treasury solutions, manage relationships with international banks, and ensure efficient risk management across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in treasury operations or related field.
• Accurate, organized, detail-oriented with reliable execution of daily treasury tasks.
• Strong process-oriented and efficiency-driven mindset.
• Systems thinker with strategic judgment and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash movements and plan liquidity trades for timely customer funding.
• Innovate and improve global money movement processes for faster transfers.
• Support FX trading with Treasury Markets to manage FX risk.
• Collaborate with Product teams on treasury solutions for currencies and product launches.
• Act as a liaison with international banks and counterparties across APAC.
• Drive product and process improvements and own team/company processes with internal stakeholders.
