Job description

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end FX trade lifecycle processing, including confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation of FX spot transactions.

• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies, failed settlements, and other operational issues promptly, ensuring strict adherence to cut-off times and risk controls.

• Perform daily reconciliation of nostro accounts, manage cash funding, and handle ad-hoc client inquiries related to settlements and payments.

• Actively support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, assisting in the development of enhanced controls, and contributing to system testing and implementation.

• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, while maintaining accurate operational procedures and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

• 3 to 7 years of direct experience in FX operations or settlement within a banking or financial institution.

• Strong, practical knowledge of the FX trade lifecycle.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting process improvement, automation, or change management projects.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
