Job summary

Tradition Singapore (Pte) Ltd is seeking an experienced FX Sales Trader to develop coverage of non-bank clients across FX markets in Singapore and APAC. This front-office role focuses on origination, relationship management, pricing and execution.

You will work with clients and colleagues to identify opportunities, provide market colour and ensure compliance with onboarding and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in FX sales or sales trading in a front-office role.
• Knowledge of FX markets, pricing and execution.
• Experience with non-bank institutional or corporate clients.
• Proven ability to originate new business and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with non-bank FX clients in Singapore and APAC.
• Originate new business and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Provide market colour, pricing and execution support across FX products.
• Understand client trading strategies and requirements.
• Identify opportunities to broaden activity and revenue.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Stay updated on FX market developments and regulatory requirements.
