Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end FX business for Premier and retail clients with growth accountability.
• Develop the full FX product suite including cash FX, DCIs, gold, and other FX investments.
• Plan and execute commercial campaigns, launches, and go-to-market initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor FX market trends, client needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with tech and ops to digitize and automate processes for client experience.
• Maintain controls and documentation to meet regulatory and risk standards.
• Deliver trainings and presentations for RMs and specialists post-launch.
• Leverage AI tools and data insights to improve targeting and efficiency.
