Job summary

Corpay is seeking a highly organized Operations Associate in Singapore to join the APAC Operations Team. You will review and process FX transactions, beneficiary templates, and outbound payments, while coordinating with front and back office to maintain service levels.

The role requires attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work arrangement and formal training are provided.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized individual with high attention to accuracy.
• Experience collecting outstanding receivables and reconciling accounts preferred.
• Strong data entry and quality control to ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process FX deals (Spot/Forward/Option) and related payments.
• Review and amend Foreign Exchange transactions as needed.
• Format beneficiary information and set up international transfers.
• Manage client ledgers and currency accounts; monitor team inboxes.
