Job summary

Corpay in Singapore seeks an organised Operations Associate to join the APAC Operations Team. You will review and process Foreign Exchange transactions (FX), beneficiary templates and outbound Payments, while monitoring the APAC inboxes and coordinating with front and back-office colleagues.

You will work in a hybrid office environment with an assigned workspace, company-issued equipment, and formal hands-on training to support accurate, timely processing.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with autonomous workload management.
• Experience collecting receivables, resolving inquiries, and reconciling accounts.
• Accurate data entry and strong time management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process FX deals (Spot, forwards, options) and beneficiary templates.
• Format beneficiary information and set up international money transfers.
• Manage client ledgers and create client currency accounts.
• Monitor team inboxes and liaise with front/back-office departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; support finance team as needed.
