Job summary

Wealthgate International Trading Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Payment & FX Operations Specialist to manage cross-border payments and FX processes. You will verify funds and instructions, obtain FX quotes, coordinate with liquidity providers and payment partners, and ensure accurate recording and reporting across multiple currencies. The role requires strong Excel skills, English and Mandarin proficiency, and attention to regulatory detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in cross-border payments, FX operations, remittance, banking or treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Process cross-border payments and FX transactions, including currency conversion and settlements.
• Verify incoming funds, instructions, FX rates, fees and beneficiary details.
• Query and obtain FX quotes from liquidity providers and arrange execution and settlement.
• Communicate requirements and status with customers, banks and payment partners.
• Maintain multi-currency balances and manage funding/reconciliation workflows.
• Record transactions accurately in core systems and generate reports.
