Job summary

RecruitFirst Singapore is seeking a professional to assist the Electronic Client Integrations team, delivering reliable client services, improving resilience, and boosting output for the Singapore unit in a fast-paced financial environment.

You will support FX onboarding, e-Trading client servicing, and middle/back office operations within a high-availability, mission-critical setting, while applying strong written and presentation skills and a security-conscious mindset under pressure.

Qualifications

• Clear understanding of the FX market and trading concepts, including the front to back understanding of trading lifecycle - Execution, Allocation, Clearing & Settlement process.
• Experience onboarding and administering electronic trading (e-Trading) users.
• Experience in e-Trading Client Services or Operations in a high availability/mission critical environment.
• Experience with FX Middle and/or Back Office.
• Strong written and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Information Security concepts.
• Ability to work under pressure with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• SFTS migration – Assist on the tail end of the project
• Deliver Velocity client and user maintenance
• Deliver Pulse RTC requests, especially GTC ones
• Maintain Click reports
• Manage prioritization of FIX Onboardings
• Manage the Velocity Issues list
• Assist on the delivery of special projects such as Key Replacements in SFTS
