Job summary

Maybank Singapore seeks a commercially driven professional to drive FX and treasury business growth and provide hedging solutions to clients. You will engage clients, develop business, and ensure compliant, high-ethics dealings in a fast-paced market environment.

The role emphasizes growth in FX turnover, advisory on risk management, collaboration with Trade Finance and branches, and proactive marketing to deepen client relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in business development, treasury sales, corporate banking or financial markets.
• CMFAS certifications are a plus.
• FMRP Certificate is a plus.
• Strong relationship management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for financial markets and helping clients manage treasury and FX needs.

Responsibilities

• Grow FX and Global Markets product turnover and achieve revenue targets.
• Advise clients on foreign exchange and risk management solutions tailored to their business needs.
• Partner closely with Trade Finance, Branches and other stakeholders to provide competitive pricing and seamless client service.
• Conduct joint marketing initiatives with business units to expand and deepen client relationships.
• Re-activate dormant and inactive FX accounts to drive business growth.
• Ensure all client dealings, documentation and transaction bookings comply with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity and dealing ethics.
