Job summary

REVUP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Treasury Sales professional for a leading bank to extend treasury and risk management solutions to corporate and institutional clients.

You will market FX, interest rates, money markets, fixed income and hedging, working with Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships and drive revenue.

The role requires 5–10 years of treasury sales experience, strong communication skills, and a client-first mindset in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of Treasury Sales or Financial Markets experience in a bank.
• Strong knowledge of FX, interest rates, money markets, fixed income and treasury products.
• Proven track record in corporate or institutional client coverage and business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate, commercial, and institutional clients.
• Market and sell treasury products, including FX, interest rate, money market, fixed income, and hedging solutions.
• Identify clients' hedging, liquidity, and investment needs, and structure tailored treasury solutions.
• Partner closely with Relationship Managers and Corporate Banking teams to drive treasury revenue and deepen client relationships.
• Provide market updates and advisory on FX, interest rates, and macroeconomic developments.
• Prepare treasury proposals, pricing, and client presentations while ensuring competitive and timely execution.
• Grow the treasury sales pipeline through new client acquisition and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, counterparties, and market participants.
