Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Singapore seeks a proactive professional to lead client enablement and onboarding for key ICG clients. You will drive end-to-end onboarding, coordinating across Front Office, Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance, and KYC to ensure timely activation.

You will prepare detailed pipeline reporting, translate complex issues for senior management, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across APAC. The role requires analytical thinking, initiative, and collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding processes and governance.
• Ability to prepare management-friendly reports and dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management across APAC.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Back up coverage of key ICG clients to ensure onboarding readiness and timely activation dates.
• Drive end-to-end onboarding and account activation, coordinating Front Office, Risk, Legal, Compliance and KYC.
• Produce pipeline reporting and performance metrics for senior management; communicate insights clearly.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across APAC to align priorities.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow optimisation.
