Job summary

CYS GLOBAL REMIT PTE. LTD. invites an entry- to mid-level sales professional to drive business development in Singapore.

The role focuses on outbound outreach to introduce FX products and services, performing KYC/CDD for onboarding, and building long-term relationships with corporate and personal clients. You will coordinate with teams to set targets, monitor progress, and strive to achieve high customer satisfaction while contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to FX sales and cross-border payments is advantageous.
• Proficient in written English and Chinese to handle queries from Chinese-speaking customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business via outbound calls and digital channels to introduce FX products/services.
• Perform KYC & CDD for account openings for corporate and personal clients.
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
• Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain and achieve customer satisfaction while pursuing business targets.
