Qualifications

• Experience leading change management, workforce and org design initiatives in large-scale environments.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into people solutions and implementation plans.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders across matrix organizations.
• Experience delivering agile transformation and workforce capability programs.
• Ability to leverage data analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and transformation programs for clients across industries.
• Shape workforce and organisation strategies, including operating models and governance.
• Design and facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with client leadership.
• Coach clients on agile ways of working and digital enablement.
• Develop actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes and timelines.
• Support business development through perspectives and proposal inputs.
