Job summary

Restaurant Brands International in Singapore invites high-potential graduates to join its Leadership Development Program (LDP). You will rotate through departments such as Marketing, Operations, Digital & Loyalty, Finance, and Supply Chain, gaining hands-on experience and leadership exposure.

Over two years, you will be mentored, coached, and challenged to deliver meaningful impact while building a broad cross-functional skill set in a global QSR powerhouse.

Qualifications

• Graduating with a Bachelor degree between Dec 2026 – Jun 2027.
• Open to diverse academic backgrounds (Business, Marketing, Economics, STEM, Hospitality, etc.).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in growth and consumer brands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Marketing, Operations, Digital & Loyalty, Finance, Development & Franchising, and Supply Chain.
• Onboarding, training and mentorship during the program.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive growth initiatives for RBI brands.
