MINDS is seeking a Manager, Future Care Planning (FCP) to oversee Life+, Life Coaching and Home-based Care services, reporting to the Senior Manager of FCP. The role focuses on managing programmes, ensuring risk and quality controls, and building community networks to advance future care planning for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (PWIDs).

• Proven leadership experience in social services or ILTC sectors.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

• Create, review and execute SOPs and ensure risk/safety compliance.
• Develop programmes to support independence of PWIDs for community living.
• Ensure programme quality control and budget management.
• Maintain audit readiness across all areas of work.
• Monitor staffing schedules and allocate resources.
• Recruit volunteers and appraise staff performance.
• Oversee budget, resource utilisation, and procurement.
