Job summary

MINDS is seeking a Programme Executive in Befriending & Respite to support Caregiver Support Services. You will help plan, coordinate, and deliver programmes that assist families of persons with intellectual and developmental needs, collaborating with community partners.

You will conduct outreach, manage event logistics, and work with volunteers to ensure inclusive, client-centred services that strengthen community living and support for PWIDs and their caregivers.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree with 1- 2 years working experience.
• Social Service sector / programme management experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate programme events for families of PWIDs.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for programme implementation.
• Coordinate with partners/volunteers to deliver inclusive activities.
