Funeral Service Industry | up to 6 days work

  • Office Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri/Sat 8.00am – 5.00pm
  • Monthly Salary: basic up to $5500 + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility
  • Lead Daily Operations and Team Coordination Conduct morning briefings, delegate tasks to Team Leaders, and ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
  • Manage Scheduling and Financial Reporting Oversee the preparation of monthly service schedules (e.g., standby, night shifts) and provide regular budget updates to the Finance Department.
  • Monitor Service Quality and Client Feedback Review and follow up on feedback from internal teams, families, and clients, addressing complaints and ensuring service standards, rituals, and customs are upheld.
  • Enhance Operational Systems and Documentation Improve management processes and review SOPs, forms, templates, and lists in collaboration with Team Leaders to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Support HR and Staff Welfare Initiatives Oversee staff morale, welfare, and health; manage HR matters including leave approvals, overtime, urgent requests, recruitment, and interviews.
  • Ensure Policy Compliance and Execute Ad-Hoc Duties Plan and review compensation actions, enforce company policies, and carry out additional tasks.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of management experience
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
  • Willingness to work overtime and perform night standby duties when required.
  • Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
