Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory frameworks aligned with MAS guidelines.
• Manage regulatory interactions, including submissions, audits, and communications with statutory bodies.
• Monitor investment and trade activities for adherence to mandates and internal policies.
• Execute portfolio compliance reviews for various fund structures and managed accounts.
• Champion ethical standards and compliance awareness across business units.
