Job summary

Leukemia and Lymphoma Foundation in Singapore is seeking a Manager (Fundraising & Operations) to lead fundraising initiatives, donor engagement and the intake of corporate partnerships while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Reporting to the CEO, you will develop campaigns, coordinate donor communications, manage records, and support SOPs, procurement, and finance-related tasks. The role combines fundraising, operations and administration in a hands-on small nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Fundraising, Finance, Non-Profit Management or related.
• Preferably 5 years of fundraising, donor relations, partnerships or related experience.
• Experience in a charity/non-profit environment is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of LLF fundraising initiatives, campaigns and appeals.
• Identify and research potential individual, corporate and community donors and fundraising opportunities.
• Support outreach to prospective donors, sponsors and corporate partners.
• Prepare fundraising proposals, presentations and donor communications.
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns from planning through follow-up.
• Support donor engagement, stewardship and regular giving programmes.
• Maintain donor information and engagement records.
