Job summary

The Food Bank Singapore Ltd is seeking a Fundraising & Donor Relations Manager/Asst Manager to spearhead fundraising efforts and strengthen engagement with donors, grant-makers, and funding partners.

You will secure financial support, steward donor relationships, and demonstrate impact through reporting and engagement, working closely with programmes, communications and product sourcing teams to advance the organisation's mission.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Sciences, Non-Profit Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of fundraising, donor relations, business development, account management, sales, stakeholder engagement, or grant writing.
• At least 2 years in the charity or social service sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities from grant-makers, foundations, corporations, family offices, and individual donors.
• Develop and maintain donor engagement plans and stewardship activities.
• Develop grant applications and funding proposals with internal teams.
• Prepare donor reports and fundraising impact updates.
• Manage and maintain fundraising platforms and donor databases.
