Job summary

REACH COMMUNITY SERVICES LTD. in Singapore seeks a dedicated Fundraising Coordinator to support planning and execution of fundraising initiatives and donor engagement activities, contributing to the organisation’s mission and sustainability.

You will help with campaigns and events, coordinate proposals and materials, manage donor records, and prepare reports. The role requires a degree in marketing, communications or business, plus 2–3 years in fundraising or donor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of fundraising, donor relations or event coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising campaigns, events and initiatives.
• Assist with sponsorship proposals and fundraising materials.
• Coordinate fundraising licence applications, appeals and regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with donors, sponsors and partners on monetary and in-kind contributions.
• Maintain donor and donation records and prepare fundraising reports.
• Analyze fundraising data to support campaign evaluation and decision-making.
• Research donor prospects, sponsors and fundraising opportunities.
• Support matching grant applications and post-project reporting.
