Job summary

Cambridge Associates LLC in Singapore seeks an Associate Director for Fund Solutions to lead fund accounting, tax oversight, financial reporting, governance, and service-provider management across Singapore fund structures.

You will ensure strong controls, accurate NAV, investor reporting, and compliance with Singapore VCC and related regulations, collaborating with legal, compliance, tax, auditors, custodians, and senior leadership to support launches and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; professional qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of fund accounting or related finance experience in hedge funds or fund administrators.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore VCC structures and other fund vehicles.
• Experience coordinating with external tax advisers, auditors, custodians, and managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, operations, and governance for Singapore VCCs and related funds.
• Oversee NAV reviews, capital activity, expense accruals, and fee calculations.
• Review management and incentive fees, carried interest, and complex allocations.
• Oversee fund tax processes and investor tax reporting with external providers.
• Manage relationships with administrators, custodians, auditors, and tax advisers.
• Ensure financial statements comply with SFRS(I) and IFRS where applicable.
• Coordinate fund constitutions, side letters, and governing documents with legal.
• Support fund launches, restructurings, liquidations, and new structures.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiency.
