Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced fund services professional to oversee client service delivery for key clients, focusing on Private Equity Fund Accounting. You will ensure timely reporting, client satisfaction, and adherence to service standards across accounts.

Qualifications

You have 7-10 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably with exposure to Fund Accounting environments.
Strong knowledge of Private Equity Fund Accounting and related processes.
Experience leading teams and managing client service programs.

Responsibilities

Oversee client service delivery and monitor service provision for key clients.
Formulate and implement key client service programs.
Liaise with internal operational areas to ensure awareness of client requirements.
Visit clients periodically to evaluate service quality and priorities.
Assist in resolving complex client issues and manage escalations.
