Job summary

NH Absolute Return Partners Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced professional to support office operations and end-to-end fund operations.

You will help manage capital calls, distributions, subscriptions and redemptions, while overseeing NAV reporting and coordinating with service providers to ensure accuracy. The role emphasizes AML/KYC support, proper documentation, and collaboration with investment teams, auditors and custodians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years in middle office, fund administration or fund operations.
• Understanding of VCC framework and private equity/private credit structures.
• Strong reconciliation, analytical and communication skills.
• Korean language skills are a plus.
• Team player with proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the office.
• Handle day-to-day administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
• Maintain proper documentation, records and filing.
• Undertake other duties assigned by Management.
• Manage end-to-end fund operations, capital calls, distributions and subscriptions.
• Oversee fund accounting, NAV reporting and third-party deliverables.
• Support AML/CFT, KYC and ongoing client due diligence; maintain registers.
• Assist on audits and prepare materials for internal/external reviews.
• Collaborate with investment teams, auditors, banks and custodians.
• Review and resolve operational discrepancies and exceptions.
