Job summary

GREENFLEX PTE. LTD. seeks a Fund Operations professional to handle NAV reconciliation, investor transactions, and reporting to ensure compliant fund administration. The role involves coordinating with custodians, auditors, and service providers, maintaining investor records, and supporting MAS/AML/KYC processes.

The position covers day-to-day office administration and documentation control to ensure audit readiness and smooth operations within a Singapore-based fund management setup.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and reconcile NAV to ensure accurate fund valuation.
• Process investor transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions) to maintain liquidity.
• Track and report fund expenses, income, and cash balances.
• Maintain investor registers and transaction records to support investor relations and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and distribute investor statements, notices, and updates to ensure timely communication.
• Conduct onboarding procedures including KYC/AML checks and periodic reviews to uphold regulatory standards.
• Support preparation and submission of MAS filings, tax documents, and audit requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor adherence to FATCA/CRS and other international compliance standards to mitigate legal risks.
• Maintain and update internal compliance manuals and operational checklists to support governance and control frameworks.
• Liaise with custodians, auditors, legal counsel, and fund administrators to coordinate service delivery and resolve issues.
• Monitor and track deliverables from external service providers to ensure timely and quality outputs.
• Assist in fund launches and operational setup to facilitate smooth market entry and compliance.
• Maintain orderly records of fund agreements, resolutions, and offering documents to support audit readiness.
• Ensure version control and accessibility of documentation for internal and external audits.
• Handles Day-to-day office administration : HR paperwork, payroll support, scheduling, procurement, and general office management.
