Qualifikationen

• At least 3-7 years of experience in the operations department in asset management.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT, EDD/CDD and KYC due diligence.
• Experienced in dealing with custodians, brokers, administrators.
• Good knowledge of at least one Financial Markets product or business type (Fixed Income, Equities, Treasury).
• Comfortable communicating with senior management.
• Effective design and procedural writing skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can start immediately.

Aufgaben

• Manage operations including transfer agency, trade support, settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions.
• Review NAVs and support audits for Unit Trusts and Private Equity Funds.
• Coordinate new fund launches and setup of investment vehicles.
• Perform AML/CFT and KYC due diligence for onboarding.
• Support FATCA and CRS compliance activities.
• Act as BCP Coordinator and assist with cross-functional business support.
• Contribute to middle office coverage and ad-hoc strategic projects.
