PartnersWork Pte Ltd seeks an Associate, Fund Management Operations to support the region's asset management activities. The role covers fund administration, accounting, reporting, and project coordination across internal operations and compliance.

The candidate will assist in capital calls, cash reconciliation, and fund formation processes while coordinating with external service providers to ensure timely filings and accurate records. Fluency in English and Korean (preferred) is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or equivalent.
• At least 4 years back-office fund management operations experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional attention to detail including financial reporting.
• Strong written and verbal English; Korean or another Asian language is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform periodic valuation calculations on funds and portfolio companies and assess impact of financing events.
• Oversee ongoing fund administration and periodic fund accounting, maintain shadow book to verify calculations.
• Maintain and update fund documentation and provide periodic statements/reports to management.
• Assist with capital calls, cash reconciliation, fund wires, cash flows, and fund expenses payments.
