Kerry Consulting is seeking a Fund Finance Manager (Private Equity) to join its Singapore‑based finance team and support growth of the private equity investment platform. Reporting to the CFO, you will own fund finance, accounting and financial reporting for the firm's PE funds, including NAV calculations, investor capital accounts and carried interest/waterfall.

You will coordinate audits, liaise with fund administrators and external advisers, and drive process improvements across fund launches

Qualifications

10 years of relevant experience across private equity, alternative investment management, fund finance or fund accounting.
Strong financial reporting knowledge under U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
Experience with NAV calculations, capital calls and distributions, investor reporting and carried interest/waterfall calculations.
Big 4 experience highly regarded; CA/CPA qualification preferred.

Responsabilités
