Job summary

TRI-CAP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced finance professional to support its Private Funds platform across Asia Pacific. The role focuses on consolidation, reporting, budgeting and liquidity management for real estate and alternative funds.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accountancy with CA/CPA, at least 6 years of relevant experience, and strong Excel skills; knowledge of SAP or IBM Cognos Controller is an advantage. You will mentor junior finance staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy with CA/CPA or equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong experience in financial consolidation and statutory reporting.
• Experience with private equity real estate funds, REITs or fund management preferred.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP or Cognos advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage finance activities for private real estate and alternative investment funds across Asia Pacific.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports.
• Perform financial analysis and explain variances in business performance.
• Prepare consolidated accounts for funds, subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates.
• Work with fund managers on budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Prepare investor reports and support Group reporting requirements.
• Manage treasury and cash flow activities.
• Oversee statutory financial reporting, audits, tax and GST compliance.
• Support fund accounting activities, including NAV, distributions and waterfall calculations; supervise junior team members.

• Manage the finance activities for private real estate and alternative investment funds across Asia Pacific.

• Work closely with fund managers on budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Prepare investor reports and support Group reporting requirements.

Requirements
