Job summary

Visa Hunt seeks a Senior Test Delivery Lead to own end-to-end testing services for a major client in Singapore. You will manage vendor-delivered testing, sign off on strategies and artefacts, and coordinate with governance to ensure adoption of best practices.

The role requires strong domain knowledge in digital banking and cards, plus extensive testing experience. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in testing, with proficiency in automation, test plans, performance testing, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of testing services and oversee day‑to‑day activities by vendors.
• Collaborate with service providers and stakeholders to review and sign off on test strategy and artefacts.
• Coordinate with Test Governance to adopt testing methods, standards, and tools; coordinate health checks/audits.
• Communicate scope changes to test providers and factor impact into the plan.
• Engage with stakeholders across applications, security, infra, business, and vendors to meet objectives.
• Serve as the first escalation point for issues raised by stakeholders or providers.
• Quantify, manage, and report test statuses, SLAs, and KPIs; ensure targets are met.
• Drive planning of all testing deliveries with all stakeholders and providers.

About the client: Local MNC client

Responsibilities:

• Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services. Preferable to have domain knowledge in Digital, core banking and Cards.
• Manage and oversee the day to day delivery of test services by Bank appointed vendors in the conduct of testing.
• Works with the testing service providers and other stakeholders to review, provide feedback and sign off on the test strategy, test plans and other test service providers’ artefacts for the testing service delivery.
• Coordinates with the Test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards and tools, and to coordinate any health checks or audits.
• Ensures that any changes to the scope of services are communicated to the respective test service providers and the impact is factored in to the plan.
• Engages with various stakeholders including but not limited to, application, security, infrastructure, business, testing service providers to ensure testing services meet the banks’ objectives and demand.
• Act as the first point of escalation for any issues raised by stakeholders, testing service providers.
• Quantify, manage, track and report test related statuses, SLA and KPIs, and ensure that defined testing transformation SLA and KPI targets are met for the portfolio accountable.
• Drive and collaborate with all stakeholders and test service providers to plan all testing related deliveries for the portfolio accountable.

Requirements:

• 10 or more years of experience
• Strong Understanding of Functional Testing Concepts and Methodologies
• Proficiency In Test Automation Tools and Scripting (E.G., Selenium, Testing)
• Solid Experience in Developing Test Plans, Strategies, And Frameworks
• Familiarity With Performance Testing Tools and Techniques
