Job summary

NTT Singapore is seeking an accomplished Senior Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for large-scale digital banking projects. You will own testing delivery, manage external providers, and drive strategy, governance, and metrics across multiple initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years in software testing, with at least 5 years in senior testing leadership within Banking and Financial Services. Expect extensive vendor management and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 8+ years of software testing and test delivery experience.
• At least 5 years in senior Test Manager or program management roles.
• Minimum 5 years of testing within Banking & Financial Services.
• Strong experience leading end-to-end testing for large tech projects.
• Extensive experience managing external testing vendors and providers.
• Proficient in test strategy, planning, governance and methodologies.
• Experience across Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall and DevOps environments.
• ISTQB, PMP or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan SIT, UAT, integration, regression, end-to-end and other testing activities.
• Manage multiple external testing vendors across projects.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering on automation and performance testing.
• Build strong relationships with Test Managers, Leads and project teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, quality and efficiency.
• Support testing transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in software testing and test delivery.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior Test Manager, Test Program Manager or equivalent testing leadership role.
• Minimum 5 years of testing/project experience within Banking and Financial Services.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end testing for large and complex technology projects.
• Strong Digital Banking domain knowledge, preferably covering payments, cross-border payments, remittance, fund transfers, mobile banking or internet banking.
• Extensive experience managing multiple external testing vendors and test service providers.
• Strong knowledge of test strategy, test planning, test governance, testing processes and methodologies.
• Experience across Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall and DevOps delivery environments.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, integration, regression, end-to-end and performance testing.
• Experience with testing tools such as Tosca, Selenium, Appium, JIRA, QuerySurge, LoadRunner and Performance Center.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and escalation management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working with multicultural, distributed and virtual teams.
• ISTQB, PMP or relevant testing/project management certifications are preferred.
• TMMi framework awareness will be an added advantage.
