Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites an experienced QA Lead to define testing strategy for digital banking initiatives. You will review requirements and customer journeys to ensure testability, and drive SIT, UAT, End-to-End, and Regression testing across projects.

You will coordinate with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure delivery, while tracking progress, risks, and quality metrics throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Banking and Financial Services experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Digital Onboarding, Payments, Wealth Management.
• Exposure to API and Microservices Testing.

Responsibilities:

• Define testing strategy, scope, and coverage for digital banking initiatives.
• Review business requirements, user stories, and customer journeys to ensure testability.
• Drive SIT,UAT, End-to-End, and Regression Testing activities.
• Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality governance.
• Coordinate with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Track testing progress, risks, defects, and overall quality metrics.
• Support go-live activities, production validation, and post-release verification.

Skills/Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of Banking and Financial Services experience.
• 5+ years of Digital Banking Testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of: Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Digital Onboarding, Payments, Wealth Management, Customer Journeys
• Experience in SIT, UAT, End-to-End, and Regression Testing.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience with Digital Banking platforms.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management and Equity Trading products.
• Exposure to API and Microservices Testing.
• Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Tosca, Selenium, or Appium.
