Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong payments domain expertise to support business transformation and system migration initiatives across a growing regional project portfolio.

This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, supporting end-to-end business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution discovery, with potential to grow into a delivery lead capacity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Business Analysis experience within financial services or banking.
• End-to-end BA experience with the ability to independently drive requirements and solution discussions.
• Strong payments domain knowledge, including cross-border and/or real-time payments.
• Experience supporting system migration or legacy-to-target platform initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management with proactive questioning and challenge.
• Strong ownership mindset, detail-oriented and self-driven.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document functional, non-functional and technical requirements from business and technology stakeholders.
• Drive requirements workshops and facilitate discussions to determine scope, priorities, risks and dependencies.
• Support solution discovery and solutioning activities for payments, system migration and transformation initiatives.
• Map current and future-state system flows and bridge business and technology teams through the project lifecycle.
• Produce high-quality business requirements, functional specs, process maps, user stories and documentation.
• Manage change requests and support change control processes across applications and operations.
• Liaise with stakeholders across sponsors, architects, developers, testers and delivery managers.
• Coordinate testing activities including requirements validation and user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document functional, non-functional and technical requirements from business and technology stakeholders.
• Drive requirements workshops and facilitate discussions to determine scope, priorities, risks and dependencies.
• Support solution discovery and solutioning activities for payments, system migration and transformation initiatives, including legacy-to-target platform migrations.
• Map current and future-state system flows and act as the bridge between business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce high-quality business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, user stories and supporting documentation.
• Manage change requests and support change control processes, identifying the impact of proposed changes across applications, platforms and operational processes.
• Liaise with project stakeholders including business sponsors, architects, developers, testers and delivery managers across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate testing activities, including requirements validation, user acceptance testing and implementation support.
• Drive project progress independently, manage change control, and take ownership of deliverables, with the opportunity to grow into a delivery lead capacity.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Business Analysis experience within financial services or banking environments.
• Strong end-to-end Business Analysis experience with the ability to independently drive requirements and solution discussions.
• Strong domain knowledge in payments, including cross-border payments and/or real-time payments.
• Experience supporting system migration, application transformation or legacy-to-target platform initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and ask the right questions.
• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
