Job summary

ENCORA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead data-centric projects and drive requirements from multiple business units.

You will define detailed functional and non-functional requirements and ensure traceability from business needs to delivered solutions. You will collaborate with analysts, developers and stakeholders, perform impact assessments, support testing (SIT/UAT), and help manage scope, risks, and change requests while delivering high-quality results

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in business analysis
• Strong SQL skills and data-centric delivery
• Data profiling and validation experience
• Data mapping and transformation expertise
• Understanding of relational databases
• MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis/reporting
• Experience in change management and project management fundamentals
• Strong teamwork and leadership to drive collaboration
• Ability to work through ambiguity and deliver under pressure

Responsibilities

• Elicit, review, and validate business requirements with stakeholders
• Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned with objectives
• Monitor risks and scope creep; manage change requests
• Maintain traceability of functional specifications to business requirements
• Perform impact assessments and estimations for changes
• Transition requirements to System Analysts with clear handover
• Support testing (SIT/UAT) and defect prioritization
• Collaborate across teams to deliver data-related solutions

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Requirements Management
• Collaborate with Business Unit Specialists to elicit, review, and validate business requirements
• Perform impact assessments and analyze the "to-be" business and operational processes based on agreed requirements
• Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business objectives
• Monitor and manage risks / issues related to requirements and scope creep
• Perform impact assessments and estimations for project change requests
• Functional Design & Solution Alignment
• Transition requirements to System Analysts, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Maintain traceability of functional specification to business requirements

Testing

• Review test plan and functional test scope prepared by testing team
• Support SIT and UAT, including defect prioritization, tracking and resolution

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong track record in delivering Data-related projects
• Strong SQL skills.
• Data profiling and validation experience.
• Data mapping and transformation expertise.
• Understanding of relational databases.
• Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
• Experienced in change management and project management fundamentals
• Strong team player with leadership skills, able to drive collaboration and resolve complex issues
• Passionate, diligent, and resilient, with the ability to work through ambiguity and deliver under pressure

Key Domain/ Technical Skills

• Expert skills in MS excel, Excel Macros, MS power point, Sharepoint.
• Experience in Software Development Cycle and JIRA
• Good data analysis skills
