Job summary

Optimum Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd invites an experienced Business Analyst to join our finance-focused projects in Singapore. You will collaborate with business experts to elicit and validate requirements, ensure end-to-end traceability, and support testing efforts across SIT and UAT.

• Solid background in change management and project management fundamentals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and resilience for navigating complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Requirements: Collaborate with business specialists to elicit, review, and validate requirements; perform impact assessments and analyse "to-be" operational processes; define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Functional Design: Transition requirements clearly to system analysts, maintaining end-to-end traceability back to business objectives.
• Testing Support: Review test plans, support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage defect prioritisation and resolution.
• Project Management & Delivery: Lead end-to-end project delivery, develop project plans and timelines, manage scope, budget, and resources, and present status updates to governance forums
