Job summary

INTEGRATED HEALTH PLANS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable Business Analyst/Project Coordinator to support day-to-day product and project activities. You will engage with business users to gather requirements, document BRDs and SOWs, and coordinate with developers and QA for testing and UAT.

You will manage Change Requests with clear scope, timelines, and follow-up until completion, and assist in timeline tracking and issue escalation to ensure on-time, quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• IT knowledge and background preferred.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology.
• Experience with websites, web portals (SaaS), and mobile apps.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Product Manager and support day-to-day product and project activities.
• Engage with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Collate and prepare Scope of Work (SOW) documents.
• Translate SOW and business needs into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Communicate and clarify requirements with developers and technical teams.
• Work closely with Quality Analysts (QA) to support internal testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate and track Change Requests (CRs), ensuring: clear scope definition, agreed timelines and deadlines, and strict follow-up until completion.
• Assist in project coordination activities such as timeline tracking, dependency management, and issue escalation.
• Ensure deliverables align with agreed requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
