📍 Location : TutorJohn Learning Centre – Tampines / CCK

💼 Position : Full-Time Tutor (Primary / Secondary)

💰 Salary : $2,800 – $4,000 / month (Based on Experience + Performance Bonuses)

🗓 Work Days : 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend

🕒 Hours :

• Weekdays : 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Weekends : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Teach up to 3 classes per day (Primary or Secondary)

• Conduct assessments to identify strengths and learning gaps
• Collaborate with the team to find effective strategies for student improvement
• Assist with lesson planning, resource preparation, and curriculum delivery
• Oversee day‑time operations of the tuition centre, including make‑up lesson scheduling
• Work directly with the team and John to refine teaching approaches and pedagogy
• Step into leadership opportunities over time – including Assistant Centre Manager roles

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree holders (education‑related fields a plus)
• At least 1 year of teaching experience preferred (fresh grads welcome – training provided)
• Strong academic foundation and preferably familiar with MOE syllabus or able to catch up quickly
• Passionate about teaching and committed to helping students grow
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and teamwork skills
• Willing to commit until the end of the academic year
