Job summary

BLCK HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Full Time Bar Server to join our team at Gstar in Singapore. The role requires late shifts (7pm-3am, weekends 7pm-4am) with overtime at 1.5x on public holidays.

Full Time Bar Server – Job Scope

Working location: Gstar

WorkiAwshours: 7pm- 3am

,monday -fri , sat and sun 7pm-4am, ot 1.5 if work in public holiday , Sunday off

Basic Salary: $ 2000-2200 + Daily transport allowance ($20 per working day) for full shift only

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, attentive and professional service to customers at the bar and throughout the outlet.

• Take customers’ drink orders accurately and ensure orders are served promptly.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the outlet’s standards.

• Recommend drinks, promotions and suitable menu items to customers where appropriate.

• Actively engage with customers and maintain good rapport to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

• Monitor customers’ needs throughout their visit and provide timely assistance.

• Support the outlet in achieving daily sales and revenue targets through good customer service and appropriate upselling.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar counter, tables, service areas and surrounding floor areas.

• Ensure glasses, bar equipment, bottles and service items are properly stocked and ready for operations.

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, replenishment and cleaning.

• Coordinate closely with bartenders, supervisors and other service crew to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle customer requests, feedback and minor service issues professionally, escalating more serious matters to the supervisor or manager.

• Follow company SOPs, service standards, workplace safety requirements and responsible alcohol-service practices.

• Assist with stock checking and replenishment when required.

• Support other operational duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager or Supervisor.
