BLCK HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Full Time Bar Server to join our team at Gstar in Singapore. The role requires late shifts (7pm-3am, weekends 7pm-4am) with overtime at 1.5x on public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar service preferred.
• Ability to take drink orders accurately and serve promptly.
• Maintain clean and organized bar area and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive and professional service at the bar and outlet.
• Take customers’ drink orders accurately and ensure prompt service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards.
• Recommend drinks and menu items to customers.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming experience.
• Monitor customers’ needs and provide timely assistance.
• Support daily sales through good service and upselling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar counter and service areas.
• Ensure stock and bar items are replenished and ready for operations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and setup.
