Job summary

DOUBLE BAY HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. invites friendly and energetic individuals to join our team as Service Crew. You will help deliver a great dining and drinking experience for guests, greet customers, take orders, and suggest menu items.

Shift hours are Monday to Thursday 5:00pm–12:00midnight and Friday to Saturday 5:00pm–1:00am, with transport allowance for late shifts. Prior F&B experience is a plus, but training is provided, weekend and public holiday work required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers, take food and beverage orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure orders are correct before delivering to the table.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beers, wines, bottle drinks.
• Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments accurately via cash, card, or other payment modes.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 5:00pm – 12:00midnight

Friday & Saturday: 5:00pm – 1:00am

Transport allowance provided for shifts ending after 12:00midnight.

What We're Looking For
