BOXANDPAPERS is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our luxury watch team at our store front near Bugis. The role involves invoicing, basic admin tasks, and daily inventory management while serving customers both offline and online.

Applicants should have experience in luxury watches (an advantage) and be proficient in Mandarin and English. Opportunities include growth within a thriving business and exposure to watch trading, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Draft customer invoices and sales documentation on a daily basis.
• Manage simple administrative duties and office tasks.
• Keep accurate records of watch inventory and inventory movements.
• Assist with customer enquiries and general business operations. Both offline and online on a daily basis.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing luxury watch business. Prior experience in the luxury watch industry is highly preferred.

Location will be at our store front - Bencoolen, 5-10 minutes walk from Bugis or Rochor station.

Salary can be discussed, with commission provided. Short working hours 1.30pm to 6pm only.
