Job summary

Watch Exchange Pte Ltd is recruiting enthusiastic Luxury Watch Sales Associates to join our Singapore showroom. You will greet walk‑in customers, answer inquiries by phone, share product knowledge, and provide outstanding service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

You will also assist with watch buying and trade‑in enquiries, help with daily store operations, and maintain accurate customer records while collaborating with the team to hit store sales targets and deliver a premium

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury watches or related retail is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends/public holidays.
