Job summary

B2GATHER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a friendly customer service associate to handle daily customer interactions, orders, cashiering and POS operations in a fast-paced bakery outlet.

No experience is required as training is provided. Working hours are 1.30pm to 9.30pm, six days a week, including weekends and public holidays; a strong personal hygiene and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Willing to work 6 days including weekends and public holidays.
• Pleasant personality.
• Basic customer service skills.
• Good work ethics (integrity, teamwork, punctuality, respect).
• Working hours: 1.30pm to 9.30pm.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, order-taking, cashiering and point-of-sale operation;
• Handle cash payment
• Packing, displaying and replenishing cakes, bread, pastries and related products
• Basic food or beverage preparation where trained and authorised
• Stock checks, receiving deliveries, product rotation and expiry-date monitoring
• Cleaning and maintaining food-safety, hygiene and workplace-safety standards; and
• other reasonable duties within the Employee’s skills and roles
• To tally daily cash settlement with Outlet Supervisor
• Mandatory to wear gloves when handling food
• Ensure high standard of cleanliness and maintain good personal hygiene to adhere to company’s image
