Job summary

B2GATHER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member for a full-time cafe role. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare waffles and coffee, handle payments, and maintain clean, well-stocked display of breads and cakes.

The position offers hourly pay, no prior experience required, and on-the-job training. You will work 6 days a week with shifts from 8:30am-5:30pm or 1:00pm-9:00pm, upholding high hygiene and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and respond to inquiries to enhance their experience.
• Suggest products to customers to increase sales.
• Prepare waffles and operate the instant coffee machine safely and efficiently.
• Process cash, credit, and interbank payments accurately.
• Count and verify stock of bread and cakes against delivery orders.
• Display and replenish bread and cakes to ensure attractive presentation.
• Monitor product expiry dates and remove expired items to ensure food safety.

Job Summary

Provide excellent customer service while preparing and serving cakes, bread waffles and coffee. Manage cash and payment transactions accurately. Maintain stock records and ensure product freshness and cleanliness to uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and respond to inquiries to enhance their experience
• Suggest products to customers to increase sales
• Prepare waffles and operate the instant coffee machine safely and efficiently
• Process cash, credit, and interbank payments accurately
• Count and verify physical stock of bread and cakes against delivery orders
• Send outlet orders to the factory promptly
• Reconcile daily cash settlements with the Outlet Supervisor
• Wear gloves when handling food to maintain hygiene standards
• Display and replenish bread and cakes to ensure attractive presentation
• Monitor product expiry dates and remove expired items to ensure food safety
• Maintain high cleanliness standards and personal hygiene to reflect the company's image

Other Information

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm or 1pm to 9pm

Work schedule: 6 days per week including weekends and public holidays

No prior experience required; training will be provided

Emphasis on good work ethics including integrity, teamwork, punctuality, and respect

Pleasant personality and basic customer service skills expected
