Job summary

THE SUPREMEHR ADVISORY PTE LTD is seeking a Bakery Retail Service Crew to operate the POS system, handle cash, and assist customers across Singapore locations. The role requires rotating shifts, 6 days a week, and basic bread-handling duties.

Training provided and opportunities for career progression are offered. Applicants should have retail or F&B experience and be comfortable with fast-paced service, promotions, and accurate transactions.

• Able to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate the POS system for promotions, discounts, refunds, void transactions, and staff meal records.
• Perform opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures according to SOP.
• Pack bread and other products according to SOP.
• Replenish products from the kitchen to display counters and the front of the store.
• Answer customer enquiries about products, prices, and promotions.
• Recommend products and encourage add-on or upgraded purchases.
• Be familiar with product varieties and ingredients to provide suitable recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, display counters, trays, and tongs.
• Prepare products and ingredients according to SOP.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service; assist with cake reservations, orders, packing, and delivery arrangements.

Bakery Retail Service Crew

Salary: Basic $1,500 - $1,800 + OT + Allowances; Gross $2,200 - $2,500

Working Days: 6 days per week, rotate (5-6-5-6)

Working Hours: 8 hours per day, rotating shifts

Location: Various locations across Singapore

Able to work rotating shifts

Retail or F&B experience is preferred
