Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd is hiring for a contract position based in Singapore. The role spans 6 months with renewal potential, working 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, near Joo Koon MRT. It involves warehouse tasks, stock movement, and inventory scanning using the management system.

No prior experience is required, and candidates should be comfortable with manual labour and field-based duties, including occasional sewing and ad-hoc tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Plan transport details and maintenance while coordinating with daily taskings.
• Account for movement of stocks and monitor warehouse activities.
• Operate IT equipment to ensure accurate scanning into the Inventory Management System.
• Account all stocks within warehouse and storage locations.
• Maintain stocks to be serviceable before delivery to customers.
• Ensure transportation means are in good condition.
• Verify correct stock delivery to customers and during collection.
• Facilitate L&D with customers and ensure paperwork is endorsed by customers.
• Sewing
• Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Duties

• Planning for transport details and maintenance, deconflicting with daily taskings.
• Able to perform accountability and monitoring of the movement of the stocks.
• Able to operate IT equipment so that all equipment is scanned into the Inventory Management System accurately.
• Able to account all stocks within the warehouse and storage to location.
• Perform maintenance on all stocks to ensure serviceable before delivery to customers.
• Ensure all transportation means are in good condition.
• To ensure all stocks deliver to the customer is correct
• During collection to ensure all stocks are reasonable clean and correct
• To facilitate L&D with the customers and acknowledge all paper work is correctly endorsed by the customer.

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
