Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Supply Chain / Operations coordinator based in Penjuru, Singapore. The role covers import/export coordination, transfer activities, and daily warehouse alignment, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and KPI tracking.

You will liaise with customers and colleagues, support multiple functions, and handle ad hoc tasks as directed by your supervisor. Working hours are 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Min N / O Level. Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management.
• Knowledge of Import & Export, Inventory management & WMS applications is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Import, Export & Transfer coordination.
• Inventory management with proper records and transactions.
• Maintain good relationship with customers & colleagues.
• Up keep Department KPI and take on additional tasks when assigned.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Team for daily operations.
• Support other functions within department and peers when needed.
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior.
