AUSTRALIA HEALTH WAREHOUSE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a versatile Full-Time Customer Service & Warehouse Assistant to anchor our walk-in space and inventory hub in Tai Seng.

This dual role suits a proactive multitasker who engages customers on the floor and keeps warehouse operations organized behind the scenes. You will greet customers, advise on vitamins and wellness products, process purchases at the POS, handle stock receipts, organize inventory, and assist with packing for e-commerce

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to manage cash transactions and refunds.
• Experience with stock receiving and inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet walk-in customers and answer product questions.
• Process purchases, manage cash and digital transactions at POS.
• Receive, unpack, verify shipments, and maintain warehouse stock.

We are a fast-scaling e-commerce focused business seeking a versatile Full-Time Customer Service & Warehouse Assistant to anchor our walk-in space and inventory hub in Tai Seng. This dual role is perfect for a proactive multitasker who thrives on engaging with customers on the floor and staying organised behind the scenes in the warehouse.

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Service: Warmly greet walk-in customers, answer product questions, and provide tailored recommendations for vitamins, supplements, and wellness goods.
• Cashiering: Process purchases, manage cash and digital transactions, and handle refunds via the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Stock & Inventory: Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments. Organise, restock, and maintain warehouse inventory as well as the aesthetic of the warehouse store.
• Warehouse Management: Keep the warehouse areas clean, safe, and logically arranged. Assist with picking, packing, and staging products for walk-in and e-commerce purchases.

Key Information:

• Location: Tai Seng, Singapore (Close to MRT).
• Commitment: Requires weekends.
• Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  (1 Hour Lunch Break)

  Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

  1 Off Day Per Week
