MY CHIROCARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly and energetic Full-Time Chiropractic Assistant in Singapore. You will support chiropractors, manage patient flow, handle payments, and maintain a welcoming clinic environment to ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or clinic settings is a plus.
• No experience required - full training will be provided.
• Fluent in English and good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

About the Role

MyChiroCare is looking for a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Chiropractic Assistant.

You will play an important role in creating a warm and positive clinic experience for our patients, while supporting the chiropractors and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Manage patient flow and appointments
• Check patients in and out and handle payments/transactions
• Assist the chiropractors with day-to-day clinic operations
• Prepare and ensure the clinic is clean, organised and presentable
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Responsible, proactive and takes initiative
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills
• No experience required - full training will be provided
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or clinic settings is a plus
